again let us suppose that u r member of a tracker let's say Torrentleech , u downloaded 100G and uploaded 200G ur ratio is ganna be 2.0 and ur buffer is 100G

the ratio proof is ur statics ( I repeat ur statics ) in the tracker u have ( ur download , ur upload, ur ratio)

so, u ganna take a pic ( using snipping tools or whatever u want) of ur statics which prove that u can maintain ratio above 1 or whatever
