I am a true fan of music currently living in Paris.
I don't really have a proof of a good ratio but I can say that every time I download a torrent, I upload at least twice the data since I have fiber (200 mbps).

I am looking for a Waffles account so if anyone is ready to help me, it would be hugely appreciated
