its not as easy as seeding on iptorrents or torrentday, as most specialized trackers they dont have many seeders/leechers so getting a 1:1 ratio its a little dificult, seeding for long time and using bonus points to buy upload its a nice solution
as for the amount you have to download every month not to get disable i dont know about that, its been sometimes more than a mont without downloading and i didnt get disabled
