I was an active user 2 PT websites within China education network, I know the rule how it works and will be a responsible user. I recently move to US for study and now live on campus, I have a spare computer at dorm and good network connectivity. I'm sorry I can only provide one of the copy of the ratios, looks like one of the websites is temporarily shut down.
