You know what the problem was...
The problem was that Vic Vinegar is not a solo type of operator, he needs to have a reliable teammate in order for things to work out. Someone like say, Hugh Honey for example. Now if Vic Vinegar would have been working alongside Hugh Honey I can almost guarantee Vic Vinegar would not have been disabled.
