If you've been a member before the best thing is to get in touch with the admins to ask for your account back. Trackers generally have a 1 account per person for life policy- OP might get in trouble if they invite you and TL finds out you've had an account before.
If an account was just pruned for inactivity it normally isn't hard to get your account back
