Srsly though, according to revolutiontt.me they do not accept users from the following countries:
Brazil, Egypt, India, Iran, Israel, Pakistan, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Turkey.

So thats the only rule, if youre from one of these countries you cant ask for rtt.me, otherwise site rules apply.
