Bitspyder is one excellent e-learning private tracker, please be aware that you need to seed back anything you downloaded to a 1:1 ratio which sometimes can be changeling. But on positive side, you will have possibility to upload torrents without prior approval.

I am looking for an e-learning site mostly with elearning books and videos about self development, tutorials ...etc but I grope in the darkness..which site to choose even if I am looked the tracker list on the site.
