I need your help, experience and knowledge in exchange of that I'm ready to give you some damn good trackers and even money.

Here are my conditions: I have a task, I need to be able to download mp3 320kbps unique albums as much as it possible, counting in TBs (terabytes) the much I download TBs - the better it will be.
I did a little search of possible trackers that I'd like to use for this purpose they all cheap ones musical with mp3 320kbps.

So what I want from you? I need to know as much info as possible about how can I download from the listed trackers huge amounts of albums as well as ready-to-go methods how to do this in the most easy way. So, if you know well one of these trackers, you are the member there here you are the list of things I'd like you to post for me to help:
- the possible price of invite, the possible price of buffered accounts (more then 500GB), some current or past offers of these buffered accounts;
- the possible restrictions of simultaneous downloads or traffic per day/week, strict H'nRuns
- donations for freelech, if yes how much and how long will freeleech go on
- is there filters for easy search of mp3 and filter for 320kbps
- your rating of these trackers from the most useful for my purposes to less useful (give short reasons why you think so)
- is there any filter to execute dead torrents
- if you have one of these trackers highly buffered and willing to sell indicate the buffer this may be additional point for you

P.S. The offered by you method also can be not from my list of trackers, but if you offer other variant (service) or tracker keep in mind the following:
- You can't offer usenet, whatcd, waffles, SCC, IT-leakes
- the tracker can't be high level
- you should explain in details specifics of service/tracker (keeping in mind my purposes), in order I could be able to see how I'll sign up/buy and download needed amount
- if it is tracker it should have more then 10k mp3 320 releases,
- if it is a service it should have some filters and option how to easaly sort out mp3
- if it is a service it should be not very expensive to use and I should be able to download at least 1 TB of needed material.
- it can't be some filesharing site where you should enter captcha etc it should contain direct links, it must be easy to download each album

Post in the thread your replies related to the info I want to know, but please read firstly the task and do not post nonsense. Be clear, systematic, comprehensible and as much useful as you can (imagine you need to download TBs of mp3s). The most useful posts will win!
