A user like Rhialto who according to his feedbacks gave away AT LEAST 282 invites (many users never leave a feedback so he actually gave away way more invites) and who donated so many times to support us, can't be considered as a cheater!

I deleted the feedback you have left for him. Trust me, he will survive with 1 less feedback.

And before accusing such a good user, why don't you do something for our community? Give away some invites? Create some nice threads with news? Create some reviews? Help other users who are asking questions? Applying for so many free invites while you have done NOTHING here, doesn't make you the kind of user we are looking for
