Advice for the applicants:

Read reviews about this tracker before applying, document yourself about how the community works and think about what you'll use the material from The Place for. Keep in mind that you have to give a real fight for this one. You should be an experienced user of the trackers scene.

Period: 2 weeks; if I won't be able to pick a winner in 2 weeks I will talk to the staff about it.

When I see a potential winner, I will contact him in PM for further specific talks. It's not that I want to be that hard for the winner, but this is the only way that I can make sure that my account the one I invite will be safe.
