FANO.LV is one of the oldest tracker in Latvia; pretty good pre times and canadian seedboxes. Language is english, russian and latvian. Arround 100 new torrents per day, active forum, good speeds, well seeded. Tracker have about 50.000 users and about 25.000 active torrents. It could easy be IPT little brother.
