can I apply for Filelist? i cannot provide "2 x ratio proofs " because GFT and SCC are closed ! and i don't have accounts in any other torrent trackers !

i'm not a collector, that's why i was relying on the two top torrent trackers "SCC+GFT" and now they are dead !

btw, i own a dedicated server with 2GBPS network speed, so no worries about the ratio
