3) Empornium is fairly easy to maintain ratio on. There are literally hundreds of terabytes of freeleech content there and a bonus point system with cheap personal freeleech. That being said, only apply if you are sure you are going to do the little effort required to follow the ratio rules. You can attach a ratio proof to convince me.
4) Posting a fresh and spicy meme could double your chances. Beware, posting a lame one could diminish them.
