2. Never had account there before.
3. Apply if you will use it.
4. Only for personal use ( no traders, sellers, collectors)

You have two methods for applying: In PM ratio proofs with profile links too, or here in this thread without profile links.

Better apply and post here directly ratio proofs, speedtests, seedbox proofs and movie collections.
If you apply only in PM, I ask for profile links too.
If the applier is a new user, for him is mandatory to post proofs here in this thread, not in PM.
