I can provide ratio proof (4.6:1 - 2.11 TB Upload, 469 GB Download, >25 Seeds greater than 1.0). I have a gigabit connection (up & down) which I can show through speedtest. I have a static IP address, don't use a seedbox, and no VPN, so I don't fall under the typical rule-breaking categories with several trackers.
