Cross seeding is seeding one same file in two different trackers.

Example - You can download one file from public tracker with same name, after downloading stop it,
then find that same name in private tracker,
and match the location, but keep is paused do no start downloading

then try to force recheck with the torrent you got from private tracker and, then it should say 100 % downloaded,
then you can start seeding
