How do you spoof a MAC address? Could you point me to the best current information?

50 is kinda hard... but:

1- Change IP (I have to spoof mac adress to do this)
2- Use different browsers and clean history, cookies, etc
3- Use different emails (lol)
4- Download some stuff, don't use the acc by innactivity
5- Don't use password managers that auto login
