Does anyone have info/script on how to automatically scan requests from tracker members, search all my trackers looking for the media being requested, and then automatically download from the tracker, then upload to the requesting member/tracker?

I dream about this every night. There might be scripts that do parts of what's required, but never saw such a complex one to put everything together, not even for one tracker.
