Have you Always wanted a GIF Avatar (moving pictures) instead of boring jpg static image, on your private tracker forum/user profile?
It's really simple, all you need is a Good Updated Browser

Simple Steps :-

1. Go to Youtube and Search for the subject of the avatar. Eg. "Fire place Video"
2. Watch the video, and make a note of the TIME when you want your GIF to start.
3. Copy the Youtube Link
4. Next, go to GIFRUN[.]com, and paste the Link. Type in the Time, select the duration (0.5-1 Secs recommended)
5. Select the Resolution. Here you can select a small resolution for Avatar.
   ^{Bonus:- Select the Max resolution for Forum Signature}
6. Select generate.
7. Wait for it to complete, usually takes a Minute. Download the gif
8. We are not done yet.
9. Go to ezgif[.]com, and upload the GIF. Select optimize. This will reduce the file size and keep HQ.
10. Make other adjustments if you like.

Everything is self explanatory from here.

After everything is done, you can upload your GIF to image hosting sites. or you can save it and then upload it on your Tracker Forum
