my upload speeds are terrible and I would like to know what are the best settings in utorrent to increase upload speeds. I currently have a green check mark in utorrent so no problems there.
this is what i get when i run the built in utorrent speed test

connections (global) 350
max active downloads: 3

Utorrent / options / setup guide / run test / save and close you can change the upload limit, it's set at 80% of your bandwidth by default. Might have browsing slowdown.
