    You can "Like" the Persons thread by looking at the bottom right section of their post. I did the same when i looked at your post and decided to "Like" it. Its next to the "Share" word as well. You can also "Rate this thread" which is in the large black bar, just above the persons post. At the far right and has a list of other options like LinkBack|Thread Tools|Search Thread|Rate This Thread|Display.

    Also regarding the OP, i have to say i like this paragraph

    Don't let the first post you make be a request. Members should get a lot of posts and be more active before making a request. It's unprofessional to join and right away ask for bitmetv, it's not going to happen and it makes you look like a noob. Make some giveaways and do something for the community, get over 100 posts. There is no rush to get into the site you want in, you waited how long so it wont hurt to wait a little bit longer and work for it.
    I see this happen to often and imo, you wont get very far doing this on TI. Also i think 100 posts is to much because it will just lead to SPAM. Less posts is better provided they are helpful, relevant or somthing else positive...
