It’s a fact of life that not everyone gets exactly what they wished for from Santa. And most people take it in good grace.

But in Germany, one nine-year-old boy decided this wasn’t good enough.

Furious after not receiving any of the gifts he had asked for, the boy called police and demanded some answers.

Clearly, this was not a child to be trifled with and police wanted to diffuse the situation quickly.

They dispatched officers to the house where they found, according to the Nordwest Zeitung newspaper, “a very angry little boy.”

The police investigation found the boy’s wishlist and what he actually found under the tree indeed did not match.

After a discussion with the family, it was determined that Santa must have confused his list with another child, and the boy’s tensions eased.
