    This idea is especially true for people who are sedentary, like computer users (both home and/or office).

    Another idea for how well you are doing is what level would you rate your grip strength at? Not that grip strength really matters. After all, we are not hanging from branches any longer. However, people with good grip strength are more likely to be non-sedentary!!!
