my first post here, I hope it goes well.

I recently learned about invite-only private trackers. When I found one site which won't allow me to register without an invite, I ended here after some search and registered with a clear aim: to get that invite.

To make that journey as smooth as possible I'd like to understand a few things, because I'm new to this whole thing. I keep seeing proofs mentioned a lot while browsing. I even found this nice guide: http://torrentinvites.org/f29/improv...x-proof-61164/

However, I wonder when are which kinds of proofs usually requested. And if someone requests a proof, what does he/she usually look for in it?
Is it possible to get rejected in a invite giveaway because "Your upload (or download) is way too slow"?

Please, make no mistake: I am willing to share a proof when asked and I am not implying that proofs are stupid in any way. (My past forum experiences taught me to explicitly state such things - you'd be amazed what some people can conclude from simple questions.)

Just think if you want to GA an invite to a user
You would want to know that
if the user is a good user on his trackers. ( meaning doing the right thing )

uploading downloading and without no warnings.

With showing proof of trackers without to much details showing
User's can see if you are a good user or a bad user on those trackers

Also the higher the tracker level the better

and of course the higher upload the better too

This also shows if your active on your trackers



And users will ask for speedtest also
Just make sure you that your speed is good.

I'm figuring out what applies to me. I've been using only public torrents so far. I have no account which tracks my up and down totals. All I have is what my client shows me at the moment.

My impression so far is that I may have a little harder time getting in as an outsider, but it wouldn't be proper challenge otherwise, would it?
