How I define best general tracker: The one which fulfill all the needs of mine, I don't care how many categories and how many torrents that tracker has. As long as I'm getting what I'm looking for, It's the beat one to me.

And from my perspective: The best one is FileList (most) & TorrentLeech (sometimes) from the option.
And the one, I use most and fulfill my needs is TorrentBD & CrazyHD (Especially for the type of Content & Applications)
