now after Iam user of alot trackers, I don't know how to stop using it.

FreeLeech files in IPT are big size (more 10G Usually) and you should wait for 2 weeks seeding and delete it by low ratio (under 1)

Ipt is the best I have seen. It has everything and a good amount of users so ratio isn't that hard
