    Who Creates these Levels ?

I really wanted to know who creates the list of Tracker Levels

    I saw a new one posted :

    Private Tracker Levels 2011
    Level 10
The rarest of all private trackers:

    ***..
    ***..
    ***..
    ***..

[MY Question : What are the names off these four ?]

    Level 9
Almost impossible for the ordinary torrenter to get in to. Because of the small member base of these trackers just finding someone who is a member is hard.

    FSC [6]
    Exigo [7]

    Level 8
Even rarer. Only staff have invites or invite applications.

    HDBits.org [10]
    iTS [5]
    AOM [9]
    FTN [6]

    Level 7
These sites are very difficult to get in to. It may be easier to find someone who is giving away their account, as opposed to an invitation.

    Pedro’s BTMusic [9]
    TS-Tracker [10]
    UK-Two [4]

    Level 6
    Rare trackers but not impossible.

    TranceTraffic [10]
    x264 [6]
    NorBits [7]
    MusicVids [9]
    ScienceHD [9]

    Level 5
Level 5 sites are not given away for free. Everybody and anybody is trying to get into these sites from here up.

    BitMe [9]
    PTN [6]
    SCC [9]
    GFT [8]
    Waffles [9]
    EotW [5]
    SceneHD [8]
    TheVault [9]
    CHDBits [9]

    Level 4

    LW / LosslessWorld [3]
    KG [9]
    BTN [9]
    TorrentLeech [10]
    BitMeTV [9]
    What.CD [10]
    TBH (CN) [4]
    Thor’s Land [7]
    Filepost.org [3]
    Sparvar [7]
    HDCorea [8]
    BitHumen [9]
    PolishTracker [8]

    Level 3
The sites from this level and up are harder to get into. Having said that, most of these Level 3 sites are offered freely through tracker “giveaways”.

    RevolutionTT [7]
    TheDVDClub [6]
    TranceRoute [8]
    PassThePopcorn [9]
    TehConnection [8]
    FinBytes [6]
    sceneXpress / seX / the [X] [4]
    TTi [7]
    iPlay [8]
    Goem [6]
    TopHos [2]
    DesiTorrents [10]

    Level 2
These sites are easy to obtain. Chances are you will get in these sites easily by asking in the invite section of tracker invite websites. Many of these are often open publicly to new signups, as well.

    BlackCatsGames [9]
    nCore [7]
    Cinemageddon [10]
    SuperTorrents [6]
    DigitalHive [6]
    Torrent-Damage [8]
    Underground Gamer [10]
    Bitgamer [8]
    MMA-tracker [10]
    BitHQ [7]

    Level 1
These sites are mostly often open for signups. Those looking to join can register with ease.

HDBits.ro, Midnight-scene, ShareReactor, Audionews, Audiozone, BitSpyder, BTGigs, BTNext, BWTorrents, Cheggit, DanishBits, DimeaDozen, Diwana, DVDSeed, Elbitz, EliteBits, ExtremeBits, FileBits, FileList.ro, FileMP3, FilmBits, FunFile, GFXNews.ru, LearnBits, NTorrents, PowerScene, ProAudio-T, PussyTorrents, SceneFZ, SceneTracker, SoftTorrents, SoundDamage, TheSharingZone, TorrentBits.ro, TorrentBytes, TorrentZilla, TranceBooster, TVJunkies, TV.Torrents.ro, UKNova, VIPv2, XBOX-Sky, XtremeZone, XW Torrents, Libble

one point u need to understand is tracker level defines how hard to get in the tracker not content.
just imagine in your country a shop declared that they make some new kind of ice cream or chocolate and its limited edition and its costly too and they close the shop in very less time so obviouly every one want to run for that to taste it.
the same thing applies to trackers
the more hard to get in the more people want to get in to see whats there inside
the seller who is selling those is one who decides it and at the same time the people who want to get in that tracker are partially responsible to rate that tracker high
just because of people's weakness every one want to cash that
but it's entirely depends on the system in which we are living.the more people want to get in the tracker level goes on ( partially people are responsible there)
on the second side if the seller in the tracker gets less invites then he will decide the tracker level.

Moved the thread from the Bittorrent news section to the Tracker discussions section. Please look which section you are posting in before you create a thread.
I always thought life had a plan for me, until i realized life had to be planned by me,
See thats the key, I always dealt with what i could see,
    Cause over history,
Mystery bought us nothing but misery.

Traders & sellers make these levels and it's heavily influenced by the availability of invites. Like mummy said, levels have absolutely nothing to do with content. So if you're looking for good quality trackers pay attention to the number in the [brackets]. ie, PassThePopcorn [9] and if you're a trader/seller pay attention to the levels.

the high level trackers here are pretty much no different from say a level 2-3 tracker its just the fact its harder to get in them higher level tracker that makes them high level trackers not because they are better in my eyes

In my opinion the low levels are the best. They serve the purpose. i mean u get everything from these so called low level trackers & survival isnt hard either. i mean u can easily seed what u download.

Getting into the high levels is harder & maintaining it is even hard. And people who say they want to be in these high level trackers just for the sake of better community are fooling themselves.I mean when we are in forums like TI here why need any other community. We here are the best.

Please note that these comments are only for general torrent users. I mean traders & especially those who trade for monetary benefits are excluded from my opinion.
i mean everything is fair in trade.

yes i know Traders make the list , but there must be some committee or group doing it
not 1 trader just comes up and tells let put bitspyder to level 9 and lets put what.cd to level 1

what i mean is where exactly this level creation takes place ?

It takes place on forums. Someone creates it and then the users can give their opinions and bring additions. I don't know why you're making so much fuss out of it.
