is there any possible to get TrollHD & CtrlHD encode in another tracker?

Sure you can,
If you want their TV shows encode, you can always find them on BTN, and if there is something that you can't find, a simple request on BTN, and someone will fill it up, usually in less than 2 hours, a lot of members there are members on hdbits.
If you want movie encodes, you can find them on other HD trackers, like AHD, CHDbits ....etc.
And if you can 't find a particular encode you can just request it.
