Hi, in most review threads I have read that TeraCod is RatioLess tracker but while reading google translated screenshot of the rules page I see that users with ratio below 0.3 have a month to improve ratio or will be banned:

If tracker is RatioLess then it shouldn't have ratio requirements only seeding time requirements, and if it have a minimum 0.3 ratio requirement then tracker is Ratio Based not RatioLess. Am I interpretating those rules wrongly? Could some member provide more insight into this?
