I'd love to join this tracker. Does anyone know if they do open invites or application at any time? Maybe they recruit from another tracker?

Not recruiting anywhere, AFAIK.

TVC does show up as open a couple of times each year - fresh recruits usually bring a few donations, and that's the lifeblood of this tracker... which usually comes top on my Prowlarr results - and gives pretty reliable downloads even when there are only 1-2 seeds.

I don't think you can get much luck trading, as TVC had issues with this a while back and removed invites.
