what banns on country ip change, but i have also experienced country ip change and i have not changed email and pass and the account survived, do everything at ur own risk
also for mv county ipi change creates bann but i have also experienced when it does not ban if you dont change email of account

ptp doesnt monitor shit, u can change ur pass any day of the week there.

Spoken like a true new user. PTP and What.CD certainly do give a shit and are more likely then anyone to BAN your ass and then go around to a bunch of other trackers and get them to BAN your ass as well.

I had problems with BITME, someone invite me 2 time and my accounts got disabled in less than 2 day, than I got an account and same thing happened lasted about 4 days, does anyone know why that happened? is it ok for my to get an invite there now? or I will get banned again
you could be from a banned country by bitme like israel , turkey , sri lanka etc...
