Well..it all depends on which tracker you are trading, for example for some you can change both just after you got it and nothing will happen (like TT or SCC if I'm right), for others you can never change them or you will get banned( that's why for some you should trade them only with email)...So there is no final answer to your question, if you were referring to some tracker particularly maybe we can give you some more precise info
