bitme does not neither does bitmetv (no freeleech either). if you want an easy to seed tv tracker you want tvtorrents (credits based system), freshon (lots of freeleech) or btn (ratio free).

ptp (freeleech), cn (freeleech), bithq (freeleech), x264 (freeleech) and sdbits (freeleech) use bonus system to buy credits

iptorrents (freeleech) and ptm (ratio free)use bonus system

waffles (rare site wide freeleech, based on site downloads) has a bonus system but its not for buying credits
what.cd (freeleech on staff picks or major holidays sometimes)

If you want a good games tracker w/ seed points, BCG uses that system as well..., for music, coexist is ratio-free, and for gen/oday, ptn is also ratio-free
