Yesterday I received an GA , invitation here on the TI.org forum, it is worth knowing that you have to fill out a test before registering and it will be approved within 36 hours, but usually it doesn't take that long, for example, I received the answer within 1 hour, which said that the registration of other countries they can't accept it, I just don't understand why they don't communicate this with the inviter so that they can inform people that only the registration of the given country will be accepted.

This is a KNOWN problem, whoever invited you ,should have known this, only IPs from their country are accepted. This are their rules and nothing can be done.

And ptobably he also got banned from inviting, if lucky might survive. The thing is some trackers don't allow users from south asian countries. Bacause they don't follow the rules and lots of HnR's
AvistaZ network & HDB & BHD for example.

And, TorrentBD offers ectra download speed for the users of BD. They call that BDIX Speed. Meaning, No matter how slow broadband line you use if you are downloading from TBD surely you will get some extra download speed for this tracker.

And yes, They don't allow outside Bangladesh for now. Maybr you can try to look for an unused account. Btw, Not only BD There are lots other trackers don't allow outside they country user. I faced the same with an Israeltracker.
