About LinkBacksFriends I'm from Andhra pradesh,India. My ISP is BSNL.I'm planning to buy a Sceneaccess invite here (if anybody has 1). But I hear they ban ppl using BSNL ISP..Is it true??

yupp just signing up is banned. u can access the account once u signed up ( ask ur friend who dont have bsnl ip or just use vpn if u have seedbox)
