Passkey is convenient for dynamic IP or where multiple users connect from the same IP. If the tracker does not recognize you, check if the passkey is in the announcement; if not, then drag the torrent file once more from the tracker

If your IP has changed, the tracker recognizes you after cookies. Log in to the tracker to renew the IP. Also, for each user is created their own passkey after which the tracker recognizes each client.
