I just want to know which trackers allow to use private VPN subscription like Express VPN for example to download and seed torrents?
Also, maybe to sign up with new trackers, I know some of them will ban you if you try to use a VPN for example.
Is there any detailed list or info about this subject.

none allow you to signup with a VPN be it private or public, since they want to verify that you aren't a previously banned user, also you need to pm and take staff permission first before you start using any VPN's, in your case it's private so most of them will allow it but some trackers require a proper reason on why you want to use a VPN service with a detailed answer explaining your situation (even if you're using a private VPN).
