I can not login to my HDRoad account, I have the email and everything and do the password reset and when i go to log in i still get the user/pass details are wrong,
i dont know what the fuck, i want to contact the stuff or go to their IRC if they have one

You may be banned for not downloading at least 5GB during 4 weeks period I guess.

They don't have IRC.

You may contact them by their forum or in QQ group(something like IRC) but they are all in Chinese....

all correct.....
1.when a new member enter the hdr,must finished a task that must 30G upload and 30Gdownload.if u do not do this u will be ban.
2.u will be download and upload 5G every month or u will be ban.
i think u just do not finish the 1.

i just searched a few sites and there is no irc you contact them in their support/corresponding forum to try your luck: mysilu.com is what i found,if that helps any.

i did not do the number 1, i though that all i had to do is do the 5GB thing, i did not know that i had to do the 30GB upload and download thing
is there a way to contact them about this, and do you think there is a chance that they will give me the account back :/
