Let me tell you, its not pretty as you think it is.

Theres zero contact with staff, no one works with each other.

They message you with a bull shit reason on why they demoted me "health reason?" There is a staff member on site that has full blown covid and has not done anything in weeks! I was doing stuff while I had an injury or atleast trying to when spazzing wasn't bad.

They removed my avatar from my profile that I had for years, "without my consent or a message" is it that hard to message someone hey can we offer you this, or that? Not really.

I have previously tried to make contacts for several weeks with someone, and after I was told I can be an uploader "Aranhat" decided to demote me with no message to reason why. Im not the only staff member they have done this to.

I came on IRC to get some help that they de activated my account. I was told "She doesnt want you here anymore" without any consideration to allow me to explain. I asked very respectfully aswell.

They then booted me off of IRC

You know what? Are they worth it? HELL NO. If you think you want to become staff and have no idea how the experience is? Well honestly this pretty much sums it up. Theres alot of dirty things happening at the upper levels, that im not aware of.

Hey @Improve, did you just copy/paste this from reddit or you writing about yourself?!

IPt is by far the best tracker out there! Its easy to join so people dont credit tracker much as they should!

As for being a staffer on tracker... you get credit for what you do and how you do it, it seems to me that is much more going on behind this story then the OP writed...

I've heard of the staff on IPT being very sketchy. I mean, IPT has a lot of great content, for sure. And it's very easy to build up upload credit. But I've heard of a lot of instances where they'll ban users out of the blue, and then extort them for a donation to reinstate their account. Haven't had it happen to me yet, but I don't participate in the forums of anything much. Always good to stay off the radar. I imagine being a lower staff member there is irritating as fuck.

I read similar stories on Reddit about IPT and it sister sites. I dont spend much time IPT community only for downloading.

Like all employees who were fired and spoke badly about former company. Like when reading reviews of online products, cons said in five-star reviews and pros said in one-star reviews are the most credible to me, not vice versa.

IPT has a lot of bad reputation since always but its still a good website if you only go there for the content.

If we want to point out that staffers on trackers are f****d up, they are! Of all trackers and all staffers on that trackers I could named maybe 5 that are normal, all the rest are just hungry for e-penis "power"...
