Programming books can also be downloaded from myanonamouse.net or any other tracker specializing in books / general content.

But if you do not have access to these trackers, you can download tutorials from public trackers or you can access some onion links.

I do not know which programming languages you want to learn, so I can`t recommend you a particular youtube channel.
