First of all I do NOT want to do anything like that, I am just curious about the ways, how can the trackers catch those ratio cheaters, who are just cheating their ratio minorly, like sending the 120% of the uploaded amount to the tracker.

I hope, you can give me detailed descriptions about their "anti cheat" systems.

I dont think staffers will say how the system works, but most trackers have diferent scripts that detect abnormal behaviour in the upload/download amount/speed/tracker updates/refresh/rates/ + most cheating softwares are easy to detect/ + most users dont know how to use them and 99% of them eventualy get caught.
I dont recomande anyone to use them, because sooner or later you will get caught and get your account banned + your invite tree + accounts on other trackers...

Yes, because they don't know how to use them and they use them incorrectly. I have already heared about the following fails of using a software like that:
- The torrent was unregistred/removed from the tracker, but the cheater program was still reported seeding
- The usage of too big transfer rate in a country, where there are no such high speed network connections at all
- Using impossibly big uploaded amounts for not so big torrents
If there are hundreds of leechers on a big hd movie torrent, and someone is faking 200-300KB/s upload speed for 1-2 hour there, and the cheating client doesn't do any other suspicious things, like incorrect update intervalls, sending the same upload speed 2x after each other and so on, then there is actually no chance of being caught.

That's all, what the client can do, nothing else. Tell me which packet determines for the tracker definitely, that a peer is faking data or not, if there are several hundreds of leechers. I am really not interested about the noobs, who uses these programs without even knowing what are they doing, but I am interested about the actual ways of catching cheaters, who cheats "correctly".
