I am d/l some torrents of a popular tv show. I am D/L the dubbed version in Spanish, so I guess that tracker is not private.

I have already received a couple of copyright infringement notices from my ISP, I guess via the tracker and/or copyright holder.

Will using a VPN solve this issue? Or what else can I do to D/L safely?
