If the email is not found and it doesn't show Your account has been disabled then your account is deleted and there's nothing the staff could do about it.

If you don't download anything in the first 10 days then your account gets automatically deleted.

All you can do is to get another invite.

But i have sing-up from 24 hours not days !

Then you'd better talk to the staff

I wasn't aware you had to download something in the first 10 days, I was really busy and didn't think my account would be deleted.

Next time read the rules.
