Try Exigo music,definitely FSC, use to be when I started Torrents im 2003.it was UK-T,SCT-T and there is one more which is really hard to get in,, saw it open for sign up once...., it was more a Forum , rather than a Torrent Site, very secretive...

I'm not a member there anymore, sorry, i barely used the site...but, that site has nothing special to offer, you'll find their stuff all over in other places.
