Does what.cd has account per life time or it is just a joke between lines of their rules?
i mean how they know if i used diffrent name and email and created acc now as it was hard to me to maintain acc there because i invited some one who traded acc and changed ip so was disabled

the qusetion is can i sign up again or what ?
