But really, start with the 'Chimp Paradox' book. The book is really, just fantastic. Once you grasp it you will understand how we do not understand ourselves, we think we do, but we do not. Especially we do not know how our brain works. The book is about managing our brain so we can finally begin to do what we want to do and develop self-discipline.

I have to agree. There's a lot of "get something for nothing!" A lot of good health advice, yet guys who don't looks like they really workout are giving it (although you might not know it from their avatar).

Now, i can go out and drive with the Bus in my City. But i still have big Problems to talk with other People, especially with Woman.

Anyway, i dont like the most Stuff on theplace - sometimes i go with a GroupBuy for Dating / Anxiety Products.

I have been on thegeeks and so far it has been okay. However, I have seen what you describe at other private trackers, in which the staff and members take themselves too seriously. I am a member of the geeks website and so far it's looks ok, but I am only a member there because I really need to look at some e-courses for programming languages. I started programming a few months ago because I got absolutely sick and tired looking for a job as a accountant, and in 3 years looking for a job I only got a several interviews, that's it. The rest of them I am really not that interested about and now I am even more disinterested. Once again, thanks for sharing your experience.

Seriously if .click websites really had top secrets torrents about to improve yourself, we wouldn't hear about the website and it would be much more difficult to enter. But for only 20 bucks you can buy an invite to enter it. So there isn't anything secret in there. Their secret and exclusive torrents are mostly based on pseudoscientific methods .

Exactly, you can't get something for nothing. To overcome a fear, you must give away emotional discomfort, to gain muscles you must give away physical discomfort etc.

You have developed yourself 10 years, and all you got is that you can enter a bus. That is not much. And really not a surprize. It's exactly the problem at .click trackers, they all vote 5 stars for the pseudoscientific methods. Like Sedona, EFT, LOA, NLP etc. But once someone asks what they achieved, it's basically nothing. They just got a bit better, a bit less stress etc. What I was interested in and have achieved, is a complete transformation of my personality and self-image, that is what real self-development is about.

If you want to to become confident with people, you need to transform your self-image completely. You must see yourself as another/new person. As long as you try to fight your social anxiety with your old self-image, things will not really change, it's like fighting a wall with the fist and it never breaks. And it's the negative emotions, that chains your old self-image, once they are dissolved you can begin to build a new self-image.

Do not do group buys, it's a complete waste of money.

Many think that they can just read about Zuckerberg (or other highly successful people) about what he did and just do the same. NO. Everyone has his own blueprint for self-change.
