About LinkBacksFor HD I use HD4Free, HD-Space or PrivateHD.
I got to HD4Free first because they got no ratio but they do ask to seed for 3 days, doesn't matter how much is uploaded or downloaded just measure the time you seed for. So a bad connection won't hold anyone back.
