Beyond-HD has open applications here and there, keep and eye out on their site. TorrentLeech has some BD releases, but is' kinda "meh". With that said, a lot of dead torrents with 0 seeders, and all the BD's that comes up is often new movies/shows.

You could also check out Blutopia/UHDBits and work your way into BHD.
