HDWing ist easier to maintain your ratio..I also like HDWing because their internal releases are always with engl. sub.

CHDbits has in my opinion the better quality but it's harder to seed and you must wait till someone upload a english sub. (20gb Internal releases have engl. sub but for the 4-10 GB must be uploaded by someone).
